FOUNDATION RENTALS
Renting your property is an excellent opportunity to create some additional income, improving your investment and easing the financial burden.
For customers signed up to one of our property management packages the online advertising is free of charge. For other customers we will charge a nominal fee of 10€ per annum.
Apart from the online advertising we will also compile your rental contract, solicit references when required, represent you if you are abroad and organise tenant changeovers.
We can rent your property for you on a weekly, monthly or indeed long term basis which ever you find more convenient.
We charge the following for our rental service:
Short term lets up to six months - 10% of the rental income generated plus IVA .
Six months - Two weeks rental income plus IVA.
One year - One months rental income plus IVA.
